Our team offers you a menu inspired by our desires, but also and above all seasonal products. All our dishes are made from raw, fresh and local products. French-inspired and local cuisine. Use of seasonal vegetables and original combinations of tastes. In the " Passionate " cellar space, we share with you all the favorites, and all the wonderful meetings of winegrowers, made over the years. A packet of references, the majority of which come from the vineyards of the South West, Languedoc and Roussillon. Our wish is to make accessible and convivial, the immense qualitative work of the craftsmen we have selected. All our winegrowers work in "reasoned culture", often organic, sometimes according to the principles of Bio-Dynamics, or even in nature. Finally, for us, the Label does not matter: The truth is in the glass!
